Microsoft Lumia 650 Launched: Stylish Budget-Smartphone

With Lumia 650 puts Microsoft up into a stylish smartphone in sumptuous materials at low cost.

Microsoft promises today unveiled a new budget star in the company’s series of successful budget phones. The phone’s replacement last year Lumia 640 hit, but brings a completely new design and operating system with it.

Lumia 650 scrap the colorful plastic from its predecessors and offers instead on a slim metal design with a profile of just 6.9 mm. The back can be replaced, even if it is cast in brushed aluminium.

The phone is also born with Microsoft’s recently released Windows 10 for smartphones, which allows access to, among other things, Microsoft’s rich catalog of productive apps.

Specifications in the budget class

Although Lumia 650 now slimmer and nicer than before, will continue to be in the same class as the performance budget predecessor.

Processor Snapdragon 212 quad-core on 1.2 GHz with 1 GB of RAM, just like in Lumia 640. However, you will get double up on storage space so you now get 16 GB to have at its disposal – which then can be expanded with up to 200 GB micro-SD.

The cure will mean at the same time the battery has shrunk by 20 percent to 2,000 mAh.
The camera offers 8 megapixels in the back, like Lumia 640, while the front camera of 5 megapixels should give much sharper selfies.

Lumia 650 will debut in the Danish businesses during March, but a dual-SIM version will smoke in the deal from the month of May. Suggested retail price will be 1,699 dollars.
