HTC has just unveiled its new top-end HTC 10 and among the many interesting features include the support of Apple’s AirPlay. HTC 10 is the first Android smartphone to support officially the standard owner of streaming audio, allowing you to share music playback on the phone with external devices, such as stereo systems supported and Apple TV.
At the time the only other solution for AirPlay from Android Terminal is through the use of third-party apps, which require the root of the device. In contrast, HTC 10 support, as well as get out-of-the-box, leans on an official license and APIs made by Apple, thus ensuring more stability and support direct updates through Apple.
HTC 10 AirPlay functionality is limited to streaming audio and does not support video sharing or screen mirroring. See also: retro mobile phones
Airplay on HTC 10 is just one of the features that audiophiles will appreciate the new terminal, which offers high quality sound: Hi Fi speakers BoomSound Edition are certified Hi-Res and they would praise a double amplification than the competition. Streaming audio, as well as Airplay, supports DNLA, Miracast, Google and HTC Connect.
HTC 10 is available online from Tellycelly to 639 euro. The value for money is discreet. There are 7 better models.
